Westland’s most established land surveying company.

Coastwide Surveys Ltd was established by Lynda Watson and Murray Marsh in 1999 when Terralink closed its West Coast branch. Since its inception, Coastwide has worked on projects of all sizes, including: the D7 dryer at Westland Milk Products; the new Taramakau Bridge; the Amethyst Hydro Power Scheme; various subdivisions in Hokitika and Greymouth; countless boundary maps and site plans; and farm design projects up and down the Coast.
Today, our team tackles projects of all sizes, and specialises in subdivisions, boundary plans, topo mapping, resource consents, title information and farm design. We’re also proud to be active members of our community, offering sponsorship and support to various clubs and events in Westland.
LYNDA WATSON

Lynda is a Registered Professional Surveyor and Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, who oversees the Coastwide office and manages consent, title information and office projects. Lynda has a Bachelor of Surveying from the University of Otago.
MURRAY MARSH
Technician Surveyor & Co-Founder

Murray oversees all Coastwide field work. He had several years’ experience working with the NZ Forest Service, Lands & Survey and Terralink NZ, before establishing Coastwide Surveys two decades ago.
